To ensure a smooth and transparent experience for everyone, please familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions before making a purchase. Your understanding helps us maintain our high standards and passion for reptiles.

By purchasing a reptile from Adams Family Reptile Den, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Animal Health Guarantee
All reptiles sold by Adams Family Reptile Den are:
- In good health at the time of sale
- Feeding well
- Free from visible injuries
- Properly cared for and maintained
If you notice any issue with your reptile within 24 hours of purchase, you must contact us immediately.
2. Transport Agreement
Upon purchasing your reptile, you agree that:
- The reptile will remain in its provided container during transport
- The reptile will not be removed from the container while travelling
This is to minimise stress, as relocating to a new environment can be highly stressful for reptiles.
3. Care Responsibility
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
- You have received and understood the care advice provided by the breeder
- You have been informed on proper handling, housing, feeding, and general care
- You have been provided with (and taken home) a care sheet
Adams Family Reptile Den is not responsible for issues arising from failure to follow the provided care advice.

4. Post-Purchase Support
If your reptile has difficulty settling into its new environment, we are happy to assist.
However, we will first confirm that all care instructions provided at the time of sale have been followed. If these instructions have not been followed, we cannot provide further support and accept no responsibility for the reptile’s condition.
5. No Returns Policy
For biosecurity and animal welfare reasons:
- Reptiles cannot be returned once they have left the premises
This policy is in place to prevent the risk of introducing viruses, parasites, or illness into our collection.
6. Refund Policy
- We have a strict no returns and no refunds policy once the reptile has left our premises
- This applies after the 24-hour notification period has passed

7. Buyer Responsibility
By purchasing a reptile, you confirm that:

8. Changes to Terms
