Shipping Policy – Adams Family Reptile Den

Before purchasing, please contact us to confirm that delivery to your location is available.

Once you have secured your new reptile, we will be in touch shortly to organise the safest and most suitable shipping option. We take great care in preparing each animal for transport, ensuring their health and comfort every step of the way.

To maintain the wellbeing of our animals, we carefully monitor feeding schedules prior to shipping. If your reptile has recently eaten, shipment may be delayed to avoid stress and ensure your new pet arrives clean and comfortable. We also closely track weather conditions and will only ship when temperatures are safe. In cases of extreme heat or cold, shipping may be postponed or rescheduled in the best interest of the animal.

All reptiles are transported in secure, escape-proof, and crush-resistant containers to ensure maximum safety during transit.

We offer Air freight as a shipping option:

Air Freight:
We can ship via Qantas Air Freight to your nearest airport. You will be required to collect your reptile from the Qantas freight depot. We will coordinate suitable flight times and dates with you to ensure a smooth process.

Our priority is always the health, safety, and wellbeing of every animal we send.
 Freight is an additional cost at the buyer's expense.
