Reach out to us via phone or Facebook to discuss the reptile you're interested in. If we miss your call, please leave a voicemail or send a text message or reach out via Facebook, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Step 2: Provide key information

To help us find the perfect reptile for you, please be ready to provide the following:

• Your valid reptile license number.
• The specific type of reptile you are looking to purchase (e.g., carpet python, children's python).
• Confirmation that you have the correct and appropriate setup for the reptile to live happily and thrive.
• We cannot provide you with the exact picture of a reptile you want as we can't guarantee that specific one will be available.

Step 3: Schedule an appointment

Once we have this information, we will arrange a suitable time for you to visit us. During your appointment, you can meet the reptiles, discuss your preferences, and talk about price ranges.

Step 4: Take your new pet home

After a successful visit and selection, you can finalise the purchase and welcome your new scaly friend to its forever home!
